Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our business development team and lead product adoption, training, and solutions with our partners around the world.    

 

In your day-to-day you will provide live support to customers, build and prepare the company’s core training and user materials, and manage and assist in on-boarding, implementation, and training of all customers.

What You’ll do

  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for customers through multiple support channels. Be the frontline for customer questions, issues, and inquiries

  • Lead the end-to-end development and improvement of customer-facing training and implementation materials and processes

  • Execute demos and on-boarding sessions for customers

  • Build out support capabilities, including implementation of tools and processes to improve efficiency and increase automation

  • Manage client-facing projects end-to-end

What You’ll need

  • At least 1-2 years previous experience in customer-facing role: Customer Success, Customer Solutions, etc. Advantage: experience with Multinational/Fortune 500 Corporations

  • Significant experience developing and leading training, support, and implementation with enterprise customers

  • Be the best multi-tasker you know, manage multiple complex projects in parallel, and hit your deadlines in advance

  • High technical aptitude and curiosity: you don’t need to write the code, but you need to know and understand how things work

  • Internally-motivated self-starter with ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to take ownership of business processes and produce results

  • Fantastic spoken and written English
