Office Manager

We’re looking for a high energy, proactive office manager with a “getting things done” attitude and ambition to take on a multitude of key operational tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, resourceful, self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills, an ambition to bring order to things and willingness to help with various ad-hoc tasks.

Position based in Tel Aviv.


What You’ll do

  • Provide in-office support ranging from ordering office snacks, managing catering, managing various office vendors, and greet/assist guests

  • Coordinate travel plans: flights, hotels, transport and expenses

  • Partner with accounting for expenses and wire payments

  • Organize awesome team events

  • Become the cultural ambassador by recognizing employee birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones

  • Act as project manager for all repairs, facilities projects, and office moves

  • Create a welcoming environment for new hires by managing new hire desk and computer setup

  • Support meeting schedules for senior management

What You’ll need

  • 1 to 2 years Office Manager experience

  • BS/BA degree preferred

  • Perfect english and hebrew

  • Service oriented: can-do positive attitude, welcoming, considerate, resourceful tech-savvy

  • Attention to detail with a passion for efficiency

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Experience working in startup environment a plus
